Tracert One LLC is the data controller for everything described here.

Two forms, plus the ordinary technical data every website receives. Neither form is required to read the site.

The founding partner form. Your name, work email, company, the jurisdiction you file to, your licensed canopy in square metres, and optionally the system you use today. We use it to decide whether Tracert One is useful to you now and to prepare the call. Nothing else. A person reads every application.

The operator survey. Your email, your answers, and whether you opted in to being contacted for a follow-up interview. We use it to understand how operators work. If you did not opt in, we will not contact you about an interview.

Technical data. Every page request reaches our host with your IP address and basic details about your browser, and is counted by our analytics. We use this to run and secure the site and to see which pages get read. Our basis is our legitimate interest in operating a working site, and you can object at any time. Server logs are kept for one year. Analytics records page views, not people.

This site sets no cookies. It writes nothing to local storage or session storage. It loads no fonts, scripts, or assets from any third-party domain — every request the page makes goes to this site. There are no advertising or social trackers of any kind.

You can verify all of that from your browser’s developer tools in about ten seconds, and we would rather you did than take our word for it.

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and see which pages people read. It is cookieless and does not follow you across other sites. It is served from this domain rather than a third-party one.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database. Both are in the United States. Those two companies process the data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone beyond the two providers named above.

Data transmitted to Vercel’s edge network and stored within Supabase’s PostgreSQL instances is encrypted both in transit (using TLS 1.3) and at rest (using AES-256).

Two things specific to this site, which you can reason about from the outside: the table holding form submissions has row-level security enabled with no policies attached, so no browser and no public key can read it, and the only credential that can write to it is held on the server and never reaches your browser.

We take this seriously for a specific reason: your company name, jurisdiction and licensed canopy together identify your operation fairly precisely, and operators treat that as confidential.

Form submissions and server logs alike: one year from the day they are created, then deleted. Analytics: aggregate counts only, with nothing tied back to you.

If we tell you that you are not a fit yet, the reason we asked for your details has ended, and from that point we keep the record for the rest of the year on our legitimate interest in remembering who we have spoken to. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will delete it.

A request to delete sooner is honoured without undue delay rather than at the end of the year.

We take founding partner applications and survey responses from operators anywhere, so this applies to a lot of the people reading it.

Why we are allowed to hold it. For the founding partner form, we rely on the steps you asked us to take before we work together — we cannot evaluate a fit without the details you gave. You can tell us to stop and delete at any time. For the survey, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time; withdrawing does not undo what we did before you withdrew. For technical data, we rely on the legitimate interest described above, and you can object to it.

Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, object to our legitimate-interest processing, or receive it in a portable form. One email to marketing@tracert1.com is enough — you do not need to give a reason or use particular wording, and we will not charge you. We will answer within one month.

Your data leaves your country.We are a United States company and both providers store data here. For the founding partner form, the transfer is necessary for the steps you asked us to take before any agreement between us — Article 49(1)(b). For the survey, we rely on your explicit consent — Article 49(1)(a). You should know that the United States has not been found to offer data protection equivalent to your own country’s, and US authorities may be able to access data held here in ways your law would not allow. If that is not acceptable to you, do not submit the form — nothing else on this site sends us anything.

If you think we have handled your data badly, tell us first at marketing@tracert1.com. You are also entitled to complain to your national data protection authority, and you do not have to speak to us before doing so.

If this policy changes materially, we will change the date at the top and, where we hold your email because you gave it to us, tell you.
